Mandy and Joel are best friends, and going out for a round of trick or treat. Joel suddenly gets caught by some spooky ghosts, and that's when a mysterious bat that can talk appears and tells Mandy that she's a magical girl! She must quickly transform into "Magical Girl Sweet Pumpkin Pie" in order to save her friend!!
